Forum not loading for a number of users - possible link to 3G

There are a number of users on my forum that are reporting sporadic problems with the forum actually loading, particularly on mobile phones and the 3G network and for others who can't access the site at all - sighting DNS issues.

As well as those who are posting in the above threads, I have received several emails from those whom are consistently getting DNS pages.
