there is a girl on the forum that i go to her username is singing she keeps cursing out all the users i am not the admin but its my favorite site to go on and she wont stop cursing and bieng mean and the admin refuses to ban her can the admin on here ban her?

if a member reach 100% warning she/he didnt follow the tules of a forum she will completely ban
