Solved Only admins can see this image/link

Sometimes when I post an image/link, and this happens with my friend too, members will get the message [Only admins can see this image/link] and I have no idea what to do. Helpz?

General>Categories and Forums
Click on a forum name
permissions tab
See links in the messages
See images in the messages
Choose who all can see.
Save.
Repeat the procedure.
