No One Besides Admins Can See Links Or Post Links

Ok well i made a member acc on my site & the mods/members/guests cant see links can someone help me? I have looked everywhere to find the problem but no help.Then i tried to post a link not letting me unless im admin really need help

Hi, to fix that please go to:

1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. General Tab
3. Categories and forums (on the left, under Forum)
4. Click on the permissions sign ( ) on a forum
5. Select 'See links in the messages : All'

Repeat for all forums as necessary.

Unauthorize members with less than a week registration to post external links and emails :Yes
Save.
See if that sorts anything.
