Moderators cant delete mesages

How to disable feature to mods can delete mesages, but can put just in basket?

Sorry but when you make someone moderator in a subforum, that person will have complete moderation rights.

You can´t disallow that person for deleting posts.

That's possible. If you're talking about administrators kinda moderators, just demote them by creating another group.

If you'd like to limit their powers, do this.

ACP < User and Groups < Group Administration < Permissions

If you'd like to modify moderation powers in categories, do this.

ACP < General < Categories and Forum < Permissions of each topic < Modify the ones who can moderate it < Save.
