I Need A Tutorial Link

Hey,
Can someone give me the link to the tutorials (if there is some), on how to create the rules picture thing? Like the where it says "Topic Solved & Locked", etc. Also, the tutorial on how to make the table thing like you do on the official tutorials, where it says the name of the tutorial at the top, and a picture, with a border, etc. Thanks.

for the fist question topic icons, you just add them in your pics management then select who are allow to use them

Admin panel>display>advanced mod>topic icons

click create, add the title, add the url of the image/topic icon you are using (direct image link)
then select who you want to allow to use it. either>>all, members,moderators or admin.

then select if they are for stickies,announcements or normal post, then click save
You will have to do that for all you want to add.

For the second question i believe that code is only for forumotion support forums use only,
But sanket or other staff member will have to confirm this, i cant remember
