Forum Login is not working
Hello,
http://www.dcaspanish.net is not working.
I've checked with at least 5 users, and the log in system is delivering incorrect password responses every time.
I think something's wrong with the forum.

Re: Forum Login is not working
Administrators have forbidden any new members.
You should unlock ( https://help.forumotion.com/t35100-how-to-unlock-your-forum ) your forum so we can actually try to register. Thanks. (:

Re: Forum Login is not working
As my forum is a private network, no one can register.
If you register it wont be able to replicate the issue anyways, as all of the currently registered users receive the error only.
Can a higher rank fill in on this?

Hello,
Did you try:
Admin Panel > General > Configuration:
Forum in construction: Set it to No
Forum on holiday: Set it to No
> Save
As stated in the tutorial provided above?

Change the password for these 5 users in the admin panel & ask them if they still face the problem with those new passwords.

Nice idea sanket.
But may be just do one member first then give the others a new pass when you know it is working.
Just be sure to tell them they can then change the pass to whatever they want when they log in.
Seems odd it would only be happen to a few and not everyone,
Either way let us know how you make out with it.

Re: Forum Login is not working
Hi,
As the forum is for a classroom at my school, it would seem a little off to interrupt class to check and see if their usernames and passwords work.
As our teacher uses their profiles to collect grades (as they blog on it) - I cannot nor do I have the right to issue a new password on their account.
