Portal is narrow...help

Just month a go my Portal page is change....all columns narrowed. Some widget is not correct, how to fix this ? Thanks

50% was solved, of course I know how in Portal structure to change sizes of columns. Problem is widget witch I cant change the size...what to do now ?

So let me get this straight, the problem is that the widget has something that's way too big so instead of balancing the sizes, it ends up overlaying itself to the forum? Is it an image if that's the case as well?
