Solved Cannot Recover Owner Account

I am the owner of the forum psp101.forums1.net and I am having trouble logging into my forums. When I click on forgot password and enter in my information, I get a message. It says "The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security". I would be really grateful if anyone could help me out with my situation. Thank you. Smile
