the only way i know of doing that would be to create a custom navigation bar,
then setting your navigation bar to display images only, and removing the images.

the you would place your custom navigation bar code at the top of your overall header template aligned top right.

Unless it is movable, i will have to go in template with punnbb on my test forum.
You might be able to just move it, not sure?
