Solved why this CSS_Tab-Depot Webdesigner is occuring?!?!?!?

why this CSS_Tab-Depot Webdesigner is occuring?!?!?!? Ded_bm10

why is it appearing like that when i visit forum by "more.userboard.net/"
And It doesn't appear anymore and everything goes right when i use address to visit : more.userboard.net/forum/

I did use code in CSS and java for making categories to appear under tabs. Is this problem occuring cuz of that? what do i need to modify?

Problem solved! Very Happy html was enabled and an html page was being used whilst java too. Anyways,its solved. Its not occuring anymore. lol!
