Strange format changes since Thursday

The main index page used to have my icons next to each forum, then all of a sudden it stopped using the set icons:



Also, the images that I use for new post, reply and forum locked are now just text.


I never changed it and I have just notice that some of the buttons in this help forum are odd:




Weird????
