How to verify the forum by Google Webmasters

I want to know how to verify my forum for Google Webmaster by the HTML Meta code verification method.My forum is: Link Removed on Authors request .Please tell me exactly that how to do it.

I'm confused at one step.
I went till General --> Forum Promotion --> Search Engines Now where I have to add the meta code?At "keywords" or where? Screenshot would be better for the final step

Scroll down the page until you see Additional Tags section.
Press .

My password is Keytomyheart, and my email is DJDonofrio, it keeps saying i am already registered, however i can not log in.
