How do I get a hold of the data base for my forum?

I am trying to change the forum domain to my Domain name and it isn't working. So my Domain service provider said I need to give them the data base of my forum and they can set it up for me. So can anyone help me?

Forumotion doesn't provide access to the database. If you want to change the domain name for your forum you can use the personalized domain name option that Forumotion provides. You need 1.600 points and you will have a personalized domain name for a year.

Yes, thank you. I already know this. the problem is, I am trying to keep the forum the same name as the Domain name that I already have.
