Problem with FMChat features pop-ups

I believe it has something to do with the coding, but I'm not really good with it.

The pop-up windows of the FMChat features are all in white, as in both, the text and background making them unable to be read. Also, the default text color in the writing box is black, so it can't be read clearly either.

Is there a way to correct those two problems?

Can you please provide all the codes you used so that I can test it in my test forum?

If I do the same but with "backgroundcolor: #000000" will it work?

when I do that it show error that code is too long...
