Profile Layout

I was wondering how to change the parts I boxed in the photos below?




NOTE: the pages in the photos are profile pages

Okay so bascialy what I want to try achieve is changing the style of the boxed items from example 1 to example 2. As you can see in example 2 the profile areas have borders, and it makes it look neater (see the parts I put blue boxes) & thats what I want. But I cant seem to find a way to do that. I've tried changing the background picture/bar in pics management but that just changes that part, it doesnt add a border.
To put it simply: I want sections of the profile page boxed
