Need A Table Layout For my site

I was just wondering how i can make a table like the ones on these forums for my website? 3 rows with a grey background and the main section having a white background. If anyone has any ideas on how to do this i would be very grateful.

Check the forum widgets under modules -> forum widgets management. They allow you to place widgets to the left our right of the main forums.

Or the ones on the right side of the support forum, try the widgets as Dart Apple suggested above.
