user login iPad

i have a user who cannot login on their ipad (using full version)

they get the messages - inactive user/invalid password


i can log into their account on a pc, but i cannot access it on my ipad either - although i can login to the admin account

really stumped with this one, can anyone help?

What it says, must be a invalid password on the classic version while logging in.

Are you sure their iPad isn't autocorrecting them?

this is now happening to a couple of users, anything else which could be causing it?

i will ask them to check autocorrect, but i know when using my ipad/iphone it doesn't tend to autocorrect password fields
