Chatbox CSS code problem Empty Chatbox CSS code problem

I was following the instructions on that topic to create a pop-up chatbox on my forum. When I went to the first step, pasting the given code into the CSS stylesheet it told me that "The CSS code you inserted is too long. Please make it shorter." I tried copying and pasting the code a few more times, but was given the same message everytime. I was wondering if someone could help me with this?
