In progress I (we) want to make Super mods position - with banning power

Hello Friends,
We have a forum with Mods (no banning power) Admins but want a Super moderator with banning power. Is this possible? I have already made the category of Super Moderator but don't know how to give them banning power.

Sorry, its not possible. Either all moderators in all groups get banning powers or none.
