i cant access my controle panel because the login form doesn't appear !

I'm having trouble accessing my forum panel (but im logged in now)..Since the re-authenticate box no longer appear, immediately after an addition of annoncement

Where This annoncement contains my own ads as you can see and ifram of one of my own websites !
Fortunately i now logged in (because my browser kept Log me yesterday)
but unfortunately i can not access the admin panel because i am compelled to re-authenticate myself to access admin panel!! Here's the problem.. because (as i had previously said) the login form does not appear !!... This link you can be sure of it :

Please login disable the annoncement (please do not delete it) so i can re-enter to my controle panel

no.. doesnt work... the login form is hident !
Now I'm doing the full backup of the Forum as it was yesterday (from the Utilities panel ) .... i think it will matter.. because i dont have any other soulution & i cant wait the first administrator for help !!
