Changing forum topics into pictures

I was wondering if there's a way to change the Forum topic, image, and description into one solid image.

Here's an example


The image would start where it shows in the picture and end where the topic and post count begins.

That seems to solve the issue of the picture but I can't seem to get the topic "staff application" The desc or the pumpkin picture to disappear.

You can't make one image to be like entire topic.
And pretty much i don't understand what you want to make.

Administration Panel >> General >> Categories and forums >> (Choose category)
and put this code on Description
