Deleting forum, but didn't receive email with link to confirm

I deleted my forum (using Admin ID), and type DELETE, and I received an email (on both Admin's email & Founder's email), but I didn't receive the email with link to confirm the deletion

This is the only email I received.

If he validates the deletion, the forum won't be available anymore.
The founder of the forum can restore it by going to this address :

I already repeat the process 2x, but I don't receive the confirmation link at all. I already checked my email Inbox, Spam folder etc.. and I can assure you that I don't receive it at all.
