How to make an toolbar and notification like in this forum?
Is that private source?

Hello. I can't see the toolbar.
I follow all steps.
Here's the css i use.

Works Perfectly.
I like the toolbar but if i deactivate the my forum will be destroyed.
Because i'm using lot of javascripts.

Well, first, delete all he javascripts you have then

Add the first one, check.
If it is there, then add another.

You mean i must delete all javascripts first then i will make new one again?

Just turn off the JavaScript Management option and check to see if the toolbar appear.

Yes the toolbar will appeared when i off the javascript management but it will destroy my forum.
because my forum use many javascripts.

You will need to locate which of the JavaScript codes is causing the issue and fix them or delete them.
