In progress Standard Wallpaper Size and Scroll Bar ID

Post by Kaizer Lee February 23rd 2013, 11:32 am

What's the standard wallpaper size for FM forums? I made a wallpaper and I'd like to resize it to FM's standard size.

One more thing, what's the ID for the chatbox scroll bar so I can modify it or is there a standard ID for all scroll bar? If it's possible to be linked to a topic with a modified scroll bar for phpBB2, that'd be awesome.

Thanks to anyone who'll help.

The standard is different for everyone, depends on the size of the screen you are viewing it on. It's difficult to say what the standard is. If you're viewing it on a 13" screen, then the standard for you is that, but for me, it would appear small since I'm viewing it on a 17" screen. So there really is no way to determine a standard for everyone.

I dunno about Scroll Bar ID, I have no clue what that is even. But yes I can see the whole pic and I can see part of a second one tiled next to it. I'm not sure height-wise though, but width wise, I can see about 1.4 pics.

I viewed your forum and everything looked fine. I didn't have to re-adjust my screen or scroll anywhere other than down to see your entire forum. It looks good.

Ze ID for the scroll bar. All the tutorials I saw are about Punbb or phpbb3. I wanna make my own scroll bar for phpbb2.

And yeah, possibly post a tutorial about it too.

Aye, these:

http://www.css3.info/styling-scrollbars-the-webkit-way/
http://css-tricks.com/custom-scrollbars-in-webkit/

I could barely understand it actually, but I'd like to change my scroll bar to dark black or something. If it's possible to just edit it everything through the CSS, and not use JS, that would be awesome and if you can provide the scroll bar ID used in FM, that's jipper too Smile.
