We are now 10/02/08, almost two years later
Things have changed alot in nearly two years. EditBoard grew and eventually became what is now ForuMotion. Forums have been updated, bugs have been corrected.
Staff has come and gone, and now it is my turn to continue my road in solo.

I have very much appreciated my time here as staff, as moderator and as Administrator afterwards. I look back on this past year and a half with much emotion and few regrets. I would like to thank the staff, both past and present, for having allowed me to live this adventure with them for so long.

I take my leave from the staff on my own accord. I trust the staff will succeed in keeping this forum a grand one

Caihlem,you fight hackers,you helped people,you respected the staff,now.....why you leave?

I would like to thank you as well for all the help you gave me when I first came here and for teaching a lot of the things that I use now to teach others.

I too would like to thank you for the help you gave me. Altho it was short lived, it was well worth it. I hope this is not the end of the friendship, and hope to see you around.

As others have said it won't be the same without you, but I respect your decision, as it probably was not an easy one. I hope its a new and exciting adventure you are heading for.

I remember the day Tristou and I have chosen you and Perv Master. I was the one who contacted you by PM.

I also remember the day you began to moderate, with that crazy 36 years old guy who was flaming you, Perv Master and even Tristou (who was admin) just because you were doing your job. XD

To the remaining staff : Continue to do as well as you are doing, you are more worth than the current French staff who's only a shadow compared to the old staff. This is the reason why this English board is now the only one where I still come as a simple member.

Every one has some good and bad time with you caihlem. The bad time means when he see your angry eyes but that was good for him only.

I would like to say that i have been banned for two times here and in the third inning several warnings with PM Disable. The problem with me was that i don't the rules but just apply some universal rules. Today i think i have learn many lessons from you after warnings and bans.

I will not say that you retire or not, we should conclude that you have give 100% of your life here.

I would appreciate your decision this will pave a way for a new young to come in take an in charge of this board.

You retire it does not mean you are out here. I dont think that with retire any respect or status go down.

With retirement we will some what low pressure which is really good individual.

You remain admin or not thats not important but you remain close to forumotion is important for you, editboard and offcourse ours.

It is necessary that you help the staff to grew and help them in making a forumotion at the top and also make this staff with lot of experience so that they tackle a problem.

ya skittle you are right. Its just giving all responsibility he was having nothing more is happening here.

Its does mean decreasing any other thing. People cannot forget you whether you are in staff or member or neither any thing. Once people knows who can only forget you after his death. Thats all.

We do not like on the basis of staff member or regular member. Its depend on you what you have given to them. If you give something to others they will give respect to you later.

Hitesh.. For me meeting Caihlem here for the 1st time felt like accidentally spilling scalding hot coffee all over myself..lol. he can make quite the 1st impression. haha

He is a great Admin and I will miss him dearly here.

Indeed we all will miss him. We cannot forget any incident happen in our life then how we can him. I am here, i think only from 2-4 Months. But i have came to known many things and lessons from this guys. Our ages are similar (1 year sort). He was a trusty of this forum indeed he was just very small.

The things which you applied Katt i am too applying in my real forum. May be the retirement of Caihlem has also give a suggestion to leave at that time when people like you then when not. I will take a note on this issue in my real life too. I will also try to give my official responsibility though continue with unofficial responsibility.

The three things which would be in his mind will be

1. I am leaving the job but have i done a lot to this or anything pending.
2. Now onwards i am leaving this job, who will be entrust for my place. Will he be able to do that. But 1 thing sure, he will have start his inning like me.
3. I am leaving now, what should i do now for my own & my family.


One more thing dear,

The Decision you took was great far then your service. To give your place to any other after having a strong record is someone a great can do only. I would appreciate rather then to say anything.

whose ever becomes now but we cannot replace the real things. I mean we can just replace the name not the quality.

But everyone has to go. Everyone has different life. I saw tristou has not came from many days. He did for this forum as more as possible but now this life has stopped for accepting responsibility.

We hope this road continues.....

i think ill leave forumotion,cz i gave everything for my forum,i give anything to have many members,but i failed, i got 9 members and no one cares and replyes,so if this continues ill leave forumotion.
i wasted a lot time for nothing,i wish my wish will come true one time......

HaXBoX577 - do not discouraged. i've had my forum up for 3+ years (1 1/2 now on forumotion)
and yet even tho i have over a 100 reg'd members, its still a battle to keep activity up

dont give up * just keep going and trying

To cope on his own, as in he should manage to manage by himself
(Of not I'll come back from the grave to haunt him )

I have made my forum but i too was not getting member and whatever getting not coming back. so i made my technics to get them. i registered fack accounts and cross many numbers and today i have real members too. try on your forum also. you temporary mail box to register it would be helpful.
