Post bg image but just for admin how ?

Hi friends try to understand me and listen me carefully that what i want to sayin http://forumotion.com i see Forum Moderator Sanket,Base,Sir Chivasâ„¢ etc etc post background image which is non repeted, this one i also want like this post background image for my forum but only for Administrator not for other Moderator just only for Administartor so please dont give me any link of other topic just put the codes here by which Administrator Post Background is fix and looking same to this forum my forum information i am using Phpbb3 version background is black my forum link http://avacs.zforum.biz if this bg image is not suitable with my forum than give me other bg image which is suitable with my forum http://avacs.zforum.biz thanks i hope all friends understand what i want to say.
