Custom Field Codes Empty Custom Field Codes

Does anyone know the codes for the custom profile fields? I would like to edit some if I can and possibly add them to my member list so I can easily see everyone's info when I need to. If not is there another way to view the info for members custom fields easily without going into each one? I need to keep track but don't want to go through hundreds of members...
