Forms?

Im trying to input a form onto the site, but what i get is just the coding when the preview was alright (with the exception of the preview being pushed out of the boundries an 1/2 off screen) i did what the pfree form site said, buuut it still isnt working.. i tried both 2 & 3 versions of the boards same deal.

make sure you have HTML enabled both in admin panel=>Users & Groups=>Users=>User settings "Allow HTML" choose Yes and also from your Profile=>Preferences tab(in your nav bar) "Always allow HTML :" and choose Yes.
