Request Limit Exceed Message

Everytime I refresh my page, this stupid message comes on...



Is there a way to get rid of this message? It's beginning to annoy the hell outta of me. Thanks!

Sorry there is no way to stop that message when you have reached the limit of hits.

Any suggestions to make it appear less?

I am not sure, if clearing the cache would help. But, you can try it.

i never seen this? what is it? is it from forumotion or something on his end?
I have never heard of forumotion ever having a limit of hits a forumotion page can get.

And whats it have to do with someones antivirus ?

Yeah new one to me, i would try on another browser and also run all your virus scans to make sure something dint get in causing this?

Or stop refreshing and just click to a different link on your forum, i don't understand why you would have to keep refreshing so much? LOL yeah i never seen this one before so i can kind of lost?

I do not refresh too much. This page appears each time I click on a different link or sometimes even when I try to logout off of forum. I don't know it might not even be a forumotion issue, but it has and does appears on every computer that I have used.
