On the forum.
Click on Index or Forum on your page.
If that does not work, provide your forum URL.

I know that.
I'm talking about this pages Ououoo10 which means portal in Arabic. So the portal shows only 20 posts in all while there 22 or 23 posts. My question is where are the 2 or 3 posts? How to show them?..etc

Portal won't show all the posts. You are talking about the news widget on the portal?

In this case why do add pages to the portal? What are they for?

What widget are you using to show this posts? If you are using the 'news' widget, you can modify it Edit and set the number of news.

Please let me ask the question otherwise.
Imagine that you have 1000 posts and you have set the portal to show only 20. Can't you show the other 980 posts on different pages ?

You can only show 1 forum at a time via the 'news' widget, and you cannot show all post, so it's not possible. You can suggest it on the suggestion section if it has not been suggested yet. Wink

The highest you can set on that setting is 99.

You can only show the latest 99 topics, that is the maximum, you can try to modify it here:
Admin Panel > Modules > Portal or forum widget management > News Widget > Modify it Edit > You can only set it to a 2 digit number.

I think you are talking about the max. posts shown at the same time and I know that.
Maybe my English is not good enough. I try to explain it.
Suppose I have 50 posts and I want to divide them into pages of 10 posts or 20 posts. So the visitors will see only the 1st 10 then they click on a number or "next" to see the 2nd 10 and so on. I hope I am clear.

On the portal it must be the news widget. I don't believe you can have multiple pages there.

Modules>Portal management
Structure
Click on the already added News widget on your portal.
There you can choose, how many # of news you want it to display.

A last question please.
Here in my control panel (in Arabic) I can add many pages to the portal with different names. What are these pages for? Thank you.

You can choose either of them to be your portal page.
There is an option of Define as Default Page.
