Facebook connect problem phpbb2

I am having trouble associating and logging in with facebook on my forum. I am having the same problems as the person in the link below had but this is on phpbb2..and since the topic below was incomplete I thought I would need a new one topic for phpbb2

Ok so This issue Has been Happening ALOT on other Sites That use Facebook To login. This Issue has nothing to do with You or your site but Facebook, It all started a while back ago when Facebook Changed there Coding Of the widget in General. SO my Advice would be to delete the app to log in VIA facebook and Make a new one and Re-add it to your forum

OK so i read on Facebook that You will Need the JAVA SCRIPT SDK form them the steps to set up facebook login are here:

I tried following the steps on the link you gave, it either didn't work or the steps are too vague
If anyone could translate it to forum terms that would help

Well then sorry I could be of no helpbi tried it to and it did not work for me so then I think think the issue is on facebook then.
