Can you provide your forum URL for appearances. I believe its the font color is the problem. The image seems to be broken, either the creator of the image remove the image from the hosting or the browser isn't loading the image correctly, suggest to clear your browser's cache.

Try checking if you can view the image in another browser. Also, where exactly did you post the codes of this user-menu? Is it a widget?

I can provide the support needed here...

It's JavaScript that dynamically loads the table code overneath the first category.
The links are hardcoded into the table, no JavaScript is used to moify their content (besides from the new PM link).
The image, username and post count are dynamically loaded into the widget with jQuery by setting the src attribute and the content of the span to fit a user's profile.
