Solved I am the founder. How do I get my credits?

I have a tech admin that says I as the founder need to get my credits in order to do more on our board. I am NOT tech savvy like she is so am pretty much in the dark on the correct procedure to get the credits. IIRC, I did try awhile back but had no luck. Thanks in advance for any help on this matter.

Credits are generally used to purchase ad removal, copyright footer links removal, extra storage space for the gallery.

General things like that.
