Picture problem

Hello...there is one strange problem on my forum,I need help.
  One of my members cant see pictures on topics,also he cant see my avatar,
  but he see his avatar,and header picture.
  He cant see pictures that he post in topics,but he can see them when he editing the post.
  I supose that the problem is with him,not with the forum,but I wanna check,
  does someone know what is the problem?

   And...

  Other member can see pictures from another memeber,but cant see my pictures.
  And cant see header picture!

Please ask them to clear their browser cache & see.
