I'm not sure either, I haven't seen a countdown on an admin panel like that, it looks like a warning since it's on a red background, did you make sure to check if you received a message from Forumotion on your admin panel?

Delete any questionable content on your forum... go through topics, HTML pages, chatbox logs, and so on.

OK we will delete all that content from our forum.. I warned my members not to post such a content but they didn't obey me.

You needn't delete ALL content, just the content which is considered inappropriate by forumotion's Terms of Service.

Yes, as Ultron's Vision said above, you will need to remove all contents related to any sexual content, you will only know what would be the result of this message when the countdown ends, so make sure to search for the questionable content on your forum.
