How can I integrate my forum to a wordpress website?

I hope someone can help me... 

How can I integrate my forum at http://rileykeough.fanforum.biz/ to my wordpress website at www.simplyriley.com. What is the CMS for it, please?

(Just a note: there is already a phpbb forum there but I don't want to use it; I want it replaced with the forumotion forum)

You literally cannot merge them or transfer the data. All you can do is provide a link if wordpress allows that.

 then you just do the same thing but add your wordpress link and text that's going to be placed on your forum where ever your putting it.
