what you need to do more is add its picture in 
Admin panel --> display --> pics management --> advansed --> topic icons --> add a new one
choose the image and click save

now try it in your topic

Ok , for first , unmark what is the blue rectangle and after that , you should go in any topic , edit the first post , and see if the Solved button exist.

I think that is impossible , you want to be like a thanks button , to be in the footer of your post (example) and can be marked by the topic creator ? Really sorry but that is impossible , need some php here

If you have phpBB3 is very easy ,just add that in your CSS Stylesheet
