ACP --> General -->Search Engine --> See if the words free forum are found anywhere and remove them.
As for the site description, ACP --> General --> Configuration --> Site Description, check to see everything is normal.
If so, then maybe you might have to re-submit your forum to the search engines because its likely that when google did their indexing you still had those key words found in your search engines and google simply haven't updated them.

Its likely then that Google might have indexed your forum --before-- you changed the words "Free Forum"
My advice would be possibly to re-submit you forum to google via the above links found on that page or wait for google to do another sweep of your forum.
Note: That this can take up to a month to do.
