Chatbox Message section too small to type and read

My chatbox Message section is too small to both (type and read ) at the same time.

We dragged the chat box to enlarge it, with no success, to solve the problem.

If you have any recommendations, please let me know.

Can you provide us a screenshot , I don't understand what you saw :

You need to resize your chatbox , to make him bigger or something like that , only you have this problem ?

Here is a screen shot of the  Chatbox Message.

The Chat box Message box appears normal in size.
All members have the same problem.


Our reoccurring problem is

1).  The Message box --randomly changes to a smaller white bar message size --- each time we Log In -- making it difficult to see our own message and difficult to see the Send button.

We can barely read one another's messages.



2.) All Members have a problem reading their written text and can barely read the Send button .

3.) Note: The white bar below the Chatbox is wider , which hides most of the Message & Send button, -- in comparison to ---the thin white bar located at the top section of the Chat Box.

4.) Perhaps the width of the bottom chatbox bar is the problem (?) hiding the Message texts and Send button.
