Hello All!

I'm here to ask everyone a question!

ON my forum, It's pretty popular, and i have hired a few Moderators, but when i go to deal with a post, that needs hiding, Is there a feature, where i can click like "Hide" and on their post that i have hidden, it says a message like, The Contents of this message has been removed/hidden.

??? Please ???

Best thing to do is edit the post and delete the parts you want hidden.

Either that or split the post and move it into a private forum if you need to view the whole post.

The hide feature is avaiable only in the real Invision Inc themes , make a suggestion with that because is a very good idea.

Code:

I would say just make a different forum that only mods can access.

I think that you should do either of these, it is impossible to hide a post any other way. Why not do what Derri suggested, and place it into a private forum that only administrators can see? Just split the topic and select the post you need to get rid of.
Other than that, you can always just ban the user that is posting the things you do not like so they aren't bothering you. There is an option for forumotion forums to "hide all posts by banned users" too.

You could always just wrap the text you want hidden with spoiler tags:

Code:
[spoiler="hide this text"][/spoiler]
Example:
hide this text:

edit: of course its not working with the new editor.. lmao
