Events dropping off Calendar.
Hello!
Here is my forum:
http://cvas.forumotion.com/portal
We're having a problem with an event dropping off the Calendar every time somebody makes a new post to the thread. Why is this happening and is there a way to keep the event on the Calendar until the day of the event is passed?
Closing the thread is not an option; it needs to stay open for the members to post updates.
Any help?
Thanks!

Re: Events dropping off Calendar.
Still need help with this, if anyone knows why it's happening.
Just to recap -
1. We post the topic starter of an event in the forum. The Calendar is not tied to a particular forum - if an event belongs on the calendar, one of the mods puts it up.
2. As long as no other posts are made to the topic starter, the event stays on the calendar and displays in the usual way.
3. However, as soon as another post is made to the thread, the event drops off the calendar. So far, I have been putting them back on manually by editing the topic starter post, but you can see this is not ideal.
So if possible I would like a fix for this problem.
Thanks!
