I believe you can add more to the template here:
Admin Panel > Display > Templates > General
Open the template called index_box and find this portion:

I am not sure as I have not used those variables in the index_box template. If I'm correct I believe they may not work.

I think you can use "normall" forum variables. You can find that in Admin panel -> General -> forum -> Configuration. Then you will see down of Forum name "Decipton*" click on *, and you will see variables.

I tested the variables you mentioned in my test forum template however, they did not show up. So I suppose they do not work in the templates?Sir. Mayo wrote:Any one know if this can be done?

You can try. You can't lose anything. You can try some of that variables, when you edit template click on save, and than on + to add template.

I know and i know i can remove templates but why does the last post works and nothing else?? i need a staff members explnation no offence to any on your post were really helpful!

Now in your templare (don't using this on forum) add that variables.
