Upload the font to a server that supports font uploads then post a link to the download.

But I must tell you in all honesty, no one is going to download the font unless you pay them or something, because people don't like to download things just because you have a design issue on your webpage you want them to see. Most people are very apprehensive about what they download. I would never download a font either from a site that wants me to use it.

If it is a Google font, you can get the code and add it to your forum.

If it is not free on Google Font, I would not use it. Just use free fonts.

Well , let's enter on the link : http://www.google.com/fonts/ in the right bottom of any font you have that small icon Upload font? Quick_use_hover press this and will redirect you at othe part of website.

Now you have 3 ways to import , I use the standard and we have that :

<link href='http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Kavoon' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'>

You need to copy from here just http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Kavoon and insert in other tab of your browser , that will redirect you to a new link and there is the CSS part of your font.

Code:
@font-face {
  font-family: 'Kavoon';
  font-style: normal;
  font-weight: 400;
  src: local('Kavoon Regular'), local('Kavoon-Regular'), url(http://themes.googleusercontent.com/static/fonts/kavoon/v1/ussWlV5djHtZoUnSGGeN3g.woff) format('woff');
}
It's already hosted you need just to add that in your CSS Stylesheet
