Topic Icon for a few sections?

Need help how do i just use a topic icon for 3 sections and i mean by just placing 2 diffrent topic icons (Approved and denied) in 3 sections for users?

sections mean the categorys for the topics i just like my topic icons to go on

Admin panel -> display -> Pics managment -> Advaced mode -> Topic icons

I think he wants to give the permissions to all members to select a icon topic only in 3 forums (sections) on his forum. So you want "approved" and "denied" icons appears only in 3 forums? If yes, please confirm it and I'll see what I can do.
