forum loading slow

when i do refresh its loading very slow 

down leftside  showing something like this ( waiting for ... an.z5x.net ) after few seconds the page is ok 

is it something bad in virus or wot 

Help me out please

Do you have anything loaded in to you JavaScript Management? Or any Things added to your forum like off site games (games from other sites)?

nope i havnt for games but other as u can see above sreenshot

My site is also running a little slow at times i think it's to do with Fm doing the backups of the forums give it a little time and see it the problem gets any better

My site loads sooo slowly sometimes, usually between this time lasting for 3-5 hours. In the loading bar it says "connecting/connected to an.z5x.net"

I don't have any problems at night usually...

where abouts in the world are you ? as this could be to do with our servers backing your forum up at that time or it could be your ISP getting lots of hits at that time of day night.
