move avartar and profile??

hello again!!on my forum don't have one thing!!this picture i want show, can someone help me>??

about question 1: Go to "General / Forum / Hierarchy" and change the entry "show last topic titles on index" to yes.

You can change the avatar in phpBB version 3.0 (Go "Styles / Change Version"). You'd have to go to "Styles / Colors" and search for the entry that allows you to switch your avatar to a specific site of the post.

they just have right or left!!how about go up to the topic look like this picture:
