image in topic description

i did a search on this but could not find an answer.
i want to post a new topic in a section with an image in the description line .
what code do i use?

you can either use a direct link in the image url part of the forum (right above the editor) in admin panel

or if you actually want it in the description you cand just use the insert image option of the editor and put the direct link there

how can i use the image editor in the topic description i see option for this?

i dont think thats possible unless someone has a code for it
