Can't Login To My Forum

Hello.
I created a forum here back in 2009. My computer messed up and all my files and information were erased however it has been since 2009 since i have been to this forum and i can not remember the email address or the password i used to create the forum. i would very much like to be able to login to my forum PLEASE HELP. I will do anything i have to to prove that i am the owner of this forum like i said i would very much like to be able to go back to my forum.

Thank you!! I have already read that page none of them seem to pertain to my particular situation> That's why i made a post i thought i could get someone to help me.

You will need to send a list of all possible email addresses that you could have used.
