I'm trying to figure out how to delete my forum. I put in a request for the email to let me validate the deletion, but the link provided in forumotion's email is to https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/. I can log in to utilize whatever is there, but there's no validation of forum deletion. You can edit the creator's information, which I do not need. You can restore a forum to a previous state, which I do not want, I want to delete it and the working url altogether. There's no validation of forum deletion though. I've been patient and waited a few days, I can wait a few more, but I would like a clearer way to delete a forum rather than given a link that does not let  me do so.

Hi,

ACP >> General >> Configurations Area >> Deletion Forum.

If that doesn't work, try sending a PM to Buttercup.

Code:

[b]URL of forum:[/b]
[b]Email[/b]: The email address used when creating the forum
[b]Username of Forum:[/b]
However, please be aware that Buttercup won't be able to complete this till Monday since she doesn't work on the weekends, thank you.

Regards,
Sir Chivas.

You have to be logged into your forum's administration panel when you press the deletion link in the email you get.

I've already done ACP >> General >> Configurations Area >> Deletion Forum, then waited for my email validation.

I have just now done this by logging into my forum administration panel, then clicked the link from my email again. It was not different.

That is the email sent, with the only link to the following (will be copy/paste and not screen shot)
Spoiler:

There's no deletion validation.

Also, thank you for your time.

YOu should have gotten two emails:  one saying that the administrator is deleting the forum, and one that has the deletion link.

I sent a pm to you.
